Metropolis Street Racer music -- Outside In

Released in 2001 by Bizzare Creations, MSR has been widely regarded as one of the best racing games on the Dreamcast, also featuring an excellent (and massive!) soundtrack composed by the mastermind known as Richard Jacques. It featured a variety of music, ranging from rock, to jazz (as shown here), to trance, and even to R&B.
This is from the JazzFunk portition of the soundtrack, and can be heard in London on the "101.6FM: Capital Jazz" radio station.
Why this hasn't been uploaded on YouTube also puzzles me, since this is arguably one of the best tunes in the entire game.
