Location Location Location!

Darkness. Total darkness police Sergeant Roger McCormick sees. He was sent out to see a party that was disturbing the peace at 1:00 AM. People also heard very faint screams coming from the party. When he came to the party, teens were fleeing the scene. But they had worried and disgusted faces on them when they were fleeing. He thought something was wrong and quickly made to the front door where the party was held. Once he entered he was knocked out.
Finally, he wakes up and can feel the bump on his head literally weighing him down. He gets up trying to remember what happened before he was hit on the head. He hears movement in the dark kitchen. He grabs his flashlight and shines it in the kitchen but nothing is there. He hears a low ungodly moan. Something is upstairs, watching him. He drops his flashlight. The batteries in it go out. He squints up into the stairs and can see a pair of white glowing eyes getting bigger and bigger. That means that whatever is up there is coming closer. He stumbles back and falls. From out of the darkness comes a man that looks like he has been in a fight for an hour. His entire body is covered in dark red blood. Roger McCormick quickly gets up to try and help the man but the victim snaps at him. Roger tries to calm the victim down by saying "Whoa! Calm down buddy!" The victim gets close enough to Roger that he tackles him, snapping at Roger angrily.
Roger manages to get away from the man and pushes him to the floor. While the man is trying to get up he hears somebody else from outside the house. A man that used to work at the local store finds Roger and comes toward him and says "P-p-please h-help me, I was trying to help a woman down the street and she bit me and then I just took off and now I can't stop the bleeding. Please hel-." But that's all he has to say before the victim that was trying to attack Roger, attacks the cashier from the store. The cashier cries out in pain as the other man bites him in the neck. Blood comes gushing out of the cashier's throat. He tries to cover up the gaping wound in his neck but he falls on the floor in a heap. The other man takes several bites out of the cashier, looks up at Roger and slowly comes toward him. Roger quickly pulls out his .44 Magnum and yells "Stay right there mister and don't move... I said DON'T MOVE! If you come any closer I'm going to have to shoot." The man doesn't respond but slowly makes his way toward Roger. Before the man gets any closer Roger shoots a round into his leg. Paranoid, Roger shoots him again in the knee cap. The man drops to his knees but still tries to come toward Roger. Roger is frantic and shoots the man in the chest, but still the man is coming toward Roger. Finally, Roger shoots him in the head and the dead body comes down in a split second due to the powerful gun. "How was he still standing? I shot him 3 times and he was still standing. The .44 Magnum is proven to be the world's most powerful hand gun and how was he still standing," Roger mumbles to himself. At the corner of his eye Roger sees 2 more people that looked like the man before coming out of the darkness.
Roger quickly gets up and makes his way outside. Roger sees the cop car overturned but he is distracted by the 2 moans coming from inside the house. Roger looks to see if anybody is around but is shocked at the sight of the entire neighborhood is in ruins. He is also aroused that it is daylight. Roger quickly runs down the street with thoughts racing in his mind. Some of the thoughts are: I've heard of the rumors of 2012 but none like this, Why didn't that man go down when I shot him in the leg. Why did that man take bites out of a cashier from a store.
